Position: Guest Advocate at Target

Responsibilities: - Prioritize guest service experience by delivering exceptional service - Welcome and greet guests, observing body language and verbal cues to provide personalized assistance - Engage with guests, ask questions to understand their needs, and provide helpful solutions - Become knowledgeable about store offerings, products, and services to enhance the guest experience - Thank guests for choosing Target and ensure efficient bagging and scanning of items - Educate guests about benefits, services, and features such as the Target RedCard, Wallet, and Target App - Resolve guest concerns, de-escalate negative situations, and maintain a clutter-free work area - Adhere to safety policies, maintain compliance, and support guest services, such as order pick-up and drive-up - Attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term structured training schedule Requirements: - Effective communication and interaction skills with guests - Welcoming attitude towards guests and team members - Attention to detail while multitasking - Willingness to educate guests and promote products and services - Adaptability to evolving technology - Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team - Proficiency in cash register operations and cash transactions - Physical ability to handle and move merchandise safely (up to 15-40 pounds) - Flexibility in work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays - Active engagement by picking up shifts, responding to contact attempts, and working at least one shift within 6 months Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Accommodations: If you require assistance or reasonable accommodations during the application process, please visit your nearest Target store or Supply Chain Facility.
