    What You Will Be Doing:

    The Securities Operations Associate will focus on one or more of the following tasks:

    • The Common Fund Valuation Specialist ensures accurate fund accounting and the publication of Net Asset Values for Reliance Common Trust Funds (CTFs).
    • The Corporate Actions Processor monitors and processes capital changes and reorganizations involving assets held in trust accounts.
    • The Cost Basis Specialist onboards, maintains, and delivers cost basis information for new and existing clients in compliance with IRS regulations.
    • The Income Associate reconciles and records all cash and reinvested income from stocks, bonds, mutual funds, and other assets.
    • The Mutual Funds New Accounts Associate sets up and maintains new mutual fund accounts, as well as tracks and updates various company lines of business.
    • The Mutual Funds Trading Processor monitors and executes all mutual fund trades through the NSCC. The Trade Specialist ensures timely settlement by receiving manual instructions from clients and automated instructions from the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC).

    What You Bring:

    • High school diploma or GED. Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience is preferable.
    • Proficiency in basic office equipment and tools, as well as trust systems/processes applications.
    • Strong problem-solving, time management, organizational, and data entry skills.
    • Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to work in an organized manner and maintain confidentiality.
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
    • Team skills, including the ability to establish and maintain productive relationships with employees, clients, and the public.
