At Citibank, N.A. we are currently seeking a Group Manager for our Modeling/Analysis/Validation team at our Wilmington, Delaware location.
Your Role:
- Perform critical review and validation of models to ensure their performance and conceptual soundness.
- Conduct statistical and sensitivity analysis on modeling data to gain valuable business insights.
- Analyze complex data, evaluate model methodologies, and identify risk areas.
- Explore alternative modeling approaches using Machine Learning techniques.
- Utilize financial analytics to analyze modeling data for business portfolios.
- Visualize data patterns and conduct trend analysis using Tableau.
- Create performance reports and automate reporting processes.
- Provide responses to regulatory and internal audit inquiries.
- Support the development and maintenance of model validation process standards and documentation.
- Conduct back testing and stress testing to identify vulnerabilities and key risk indicators.
- Lead and manage a team, including training, workload planning, and resource allocation.
Your Qualifications:
- Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering (any), or related quantitative field.
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, model development, or model validation in the finance industry; or
- Bachelor's degree in the above fields and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in risk analysis, statistical analysis, data visualization using Tableau, data mining techniques, quantitative modeling, complex algorithms, and analytical tools such as MS Excel, KNIME, and SAS.

Salary Range: $179,000 to $221,340
