    About the Team:

    As a Strategic Change Manager, you will be responsible for leading the transformation of the client experience within the Global Client Experience (CX) organization. Our team consists of over 7,500 colleagues and focuses on providing client care, onboarding services, client success, and custom value-add services for our banking solutions.

    About the Role:

    In this role as a Change Manager, your primary objective is to drive effective transformational change. Your work will ensure faster adoption, increased utilization, and improved proficiency in implementing changes, in order to achieve organizational objectives and meet revenue targets. This role has the potential to develop into a leadership position.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Design, develop, and implement change management strategies and plans
    • Oversee execution of activities related to process and organizational change management
    • Work in collaboration with project and internal communications teams to effectively communicate new design elements to the organization
    • Perform stakeholder and change impact analysis to identify potential project impacts and risks
    • Identify and address organizational challenges and resistance, developing risk mitigation plans
    • Lead initiatives to help employees understand and accept the impact of changes on their specific job roles, policies, technology, and business practices
    • Ensure consistent presentation of the project across all communication channels
    • Coordinate with the change partner network responsible for communicating changes within the organization
    • Facilitate meetings and deliver presentations as required
    • Ensure timely and high-quality deliverables from the team
    • Assist in the development of a detailed Change Management plan within the overall project plan

    What You Bring:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
    • 5+ years of experience in change management and internal communications
    • Knowledge of the financial services industry, with experience in client-facing roles
    • Proficiency in project management software to effectively manage projects
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive assignments
