Summary:
The Social Worker II is responsible for assessing the psychosocial needs of individuals, families, and groups and providing appropriate social work interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and provide clinical social work interventions - Collaborate with hospital and community professionals to support patients and programs - Seek supervision when necessary - Provide compassionate care to patients of all ages, addressing their physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs - Perform other duties as required
Other information:
