What You'll Do: As a Mechanical Maintenance Trainee, you'll get hands-on experience working in the Industrial Trades at our Pewaukee, Wisconsin location. You'll assist skilled maintenance personnel in equipment service and repair, installation, operation, and modification in our advanced manufacturing facilities. Our comprehensive training program includes exposure to safe work practices, mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and machine tool operation. With regular wage increases and a firsthand look at different industrial career paths, we offer great opportunities for growth.
