ALL ABOUT ON DEMAND As an On-Demand TM, you have the flexibility to work as much or as little as you like. Your schedule may vary depending on shift availability and store needs. This role is ideal for those who need a personalized work schedule. As an On-Demand TM, you have the opportunity to create your own schedule by picking up shifts posted by leaders or other team members using our myTime mobile scheduling app. We require active engagement from our On-Demand TMs, including picking up and working shifts, as well as responding to our attempts at contact. Regular attendance is necessary, and you must work at least one shift within 6 months to maintain your employment. If offered a position as an On-Demand TM, you will be required to attend a Target Welcome orientation and complete a short-term structured training schedule. After that, you can use the myTime mobile scheduling app to pick up the shifts you desire to work. ALL ABOUT SMALL FORMATS Small Format Team Members play a crucial role in ensuring a consistent and exceptional experience for our guests. This includes stocking, cashiering, and providing exceptional guest service. You will be knowledgeable about the products and services in the store and will customize each guest's experience based on their needs. Working as a Small Format Team Member at Target can provide you with valuable experience in guest service, retail business fundamentals, and supporting business priorities. Typical responsibilities may include: - Welcoming guests and offering assistance - Engaging with guests in a genuine and helpful manner - Stocking and organizing product on the sales floor - Ensuring price accuracy and signage - Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the store - Following safety guidelines and procedures - Supporting guest services such as cashiering and order pick up WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR If you enjoy working in a fun and energetic environment, providing excellent service to guests, and stocking Target products, you might be a great fit for our team.
