Responsibilities:

Assist in daily construction tasks, including site preparation and cleanup.

Support skilled tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized jobsite.

Operate basic construction equipment as needed, under supervision.

Load and unload materials, ensuring proper handling and storage.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.

Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous experience in construction or labor roles is a plus.

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices.
