Responsibilities: Find, train, and manage insurance agents and develop them into top performers to gain new clients and drive sales Assess existing company policies, offer advice on improvements, and implement new policies for the branch as needed Make sure staff are following ethical and legal compliance regulations when handling insurance investigation claims Use actuary data to strategically set premiums for insurers and maximize profit for the branch and forecast risk and liability of payment of future benefits Ensure the branch is meeting sales targets by overseeing the office’s financial performance • Assess existing company policies, offer advice on improvements, and implement new policies for the branch as needed Qualifications: Superb management, communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills Bachelor’s degree in business administration or finance Candidates must have active insurance agent license in their state Strong knowledge of the latest types of insurance, insurance plans, insurance products, current insurance policies, policy requirements, laws, and regulations • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory position in the insurance industry Compensation: $125,000 at plan+bonuses
