    Job Summary

    Join the team of a fast-moving Real Estate Investing Business. We are looking for a dynamic Acquisition Manager who has been a leader in sales production or has exceptional acquisitions and negotiation skills. We are looking for an individual that is as interested much in personal growth as they are in financial growth.

    You will be a part of a small franchise community of investors that are all supporting and helping one another to become better leaders. Training and support are provided by your local franchise owner as well as from the franchise leadership team.

    If you’ve ever been interested in real estate investing and would like to be boots on the ground and learn the acquisition side of the business this is the place for you.

    Work from our location to manage lead flow. Travel to local residential homes to negotiate contracts to purchase the property. You will be provided warm leads every day from the company's marketing efforts as well as expected to generate your own leads through calls, text, networking, etc.

    Responsibilities

    Facilitate incoming leads

    Set appointments to visit homes and negotiate contracts to purchase the property

    Assess the value of properties and put offers together

    Follow up with potential leads

    Manage workflow and create a pipeline of potential clients

    Qualifications

    Experience in transactional sales

    Experience Negotiating Contracts

    Experience with in-home presentations

    Experience working a salary + commission position

    Experience is the top sales agent at previous employment

    We are looking for persons with a history of successful sales experience.
