Job Description We are eagerly seeking a talented, full-time real estate acquisitions specialist to join our real estate team! You will pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with buyers to sell these properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and build connections with homeowners and investors.
Responsibilities:
Assess comparables, property value and condition through research, outreach, data, site walks, and market trends
Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
Follow up on all leads and requests for information
Talk with potential sellers to get a clear understanding of what they want and need, then, work together to find the best solutions- Be a valuable resource and trusted advisor for your clients
Meet with distressed/motivated sellers that want to sell their house fast for cash and identify any hidden or additional needs involved with the decision
Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task.Long-term, consistent follow-up with sales prospects
Qualifications:
2 + years of sales experience
Experience with sales or real estate contracts
A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Sales, Business, or a related field of study preferred
Eagerness to learn new online tools such as CRMs
Talking with people at their level in their preferred medium (phone, text, email, chat)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
Enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality
Must have reliable transportation
