Job Summary
Join the team of a fast-moving Real Estate Investing Business. We are looking for a dynamic Acquisitions Manager who has been a leader in sales production or has exceptional acquisitions and negotiation skills. We are looking for an individual that is as interested much in personal growth as they are in financial growth.
You will be a part of a small franchise community of investors that are all supporting and helping one another to become better leaders. Training and support are provided by your local franchise owner as well as from the national franchise leadership team.

If you are someone who has been a leader in sales production or has exceptional acquisitions and negotiation skills, you will be a great fit. This position requires a high degree of boots on the ground, face to face in home consulting with clients. The job environment is fast-paced and results-oriented. A self-confident, extroverted style that can enliven, engage and positively impact individuals and groups is essential.

Work from our location to manage lead flow. Travel to local residential homes to negotiate contracts to purchase the property. You will be provided warm leads every day from the company's marketing efforts as well as expected to generate your own leads through calls, text, networking, etc.
Responsibilities
Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition
Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
Gain trust with prospects to overcome objections and facilitate a signed contract
Long-term, consistent follow-up with sales prospects
Willingness to go above and beyond to meet the needs of clients
Generate leads for potential properties to purchase by networking
Identifying vacant properties and following up on these leads
Work with the entire team, utilize tools and analytics to guide strategies to maximize profitable growth
Provide reports of all sales activity on a weekly/monthly basis
Help to develop and implement improvements strategies with the goal of maximizing revenue
Attend regular weekly calls
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience
Sense of urgency for goal achievement
