Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Dispositions Manager for our thriving real estate franchise, Joe Homebuyer. The goal is to capture the highest profit per deal. This includes working with both sellers and buyers of each property to ensure the process from signature to closing runs smoothly for everyone involved. The Disposition Manager must put clients first, consider both the seller and buyer, and juggle their needs to make sure both parties have a positive experience. At the same time, it is necessary to have a sense of urgency to make sure each property or contract is always moving forward to closing. The person in this role must adopt a perpetual, “What’s next” mentality. You will follow set tasks and processes to manage each closing. It is critical that you are methodical in following the set tasks, and noting everything. However, each property or contract will have unique aspects and tasks associated with them as well. So, you must be adaptable and detail-oriented in order to stay on top of changing workflows unique to each deal.
Responsibilities may include:
Sell all properties and contracts
Maintain and develop the Cash Buyers list
Keep all notes and documents updated in real time digitally and otherwise.
Monitor, maintain and update our leads and tasks in our CRM [SalesForce]
Monitor and communicate closing timelines with clients, Acquisition Managers, your Manager and the Title company
Attend weekly meetings virtually or in-person
Fill out key performance metrics tracking sheet
Use various technology and equipment to fulfill the job requirements like entering contacts into the CRM database and using phone/apps to maintain consistent communication with the team
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiar with Google Apps
Word Processing
SalesForce or other Client Relationship Management software
Adaptive and detail-oriented
Customer-service orientation
