    We are seeking an experienced Field Safety Inspector for a 1-2 year project based in Queens, New York. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in heavy urban construction and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with New York contractors. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively manage safety on-site while working closely with our team and other stakeholders. Responsibilities: • Conduct regular safety inspections and audits on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. • Identify potential hazards and implement appropriate corrective actions to maintain a safe working environment. • Coordinate with project managers and contractors to establish and enforce safety protocols. • Monitor site activities and provide guidance on safety measures to on-site personnel. • Prepare and maintain safety reports, documentation, and records as required. • Participate in safety meetings and provide input on best practices for safe work operations. • Investigate any incidents or accidents on-site and provide detailed reports and recommendations for prevention. • Train and educate workers on proper safety procedures and use of safety equipment. • Collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain clear communication and resolve safety-related issues. • Stay up-to-date with industry safety standards and regulations. Qualifications: • Proven experience in heavy urban construction, preferably in New York City. • Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations and protocols. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively with New York contractors and other on-site personnel. • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Flexibility and adaptability to meet the demands of a dynamic work environment. • Willingness to adhere to company policies and ensure a safe working environment for all. Compensation: $80,000+ yearly
