    The assistant will serve as a personal aide to the team leader. Responsibilities include managing team lead’s websites, lead accounts, maintaining past client database, maintaining team lead’s calendar, and managing the listing and appointment board. Additionally, the assistant will enhance the team lead's social media presence by managing, creating, and publishing original, high-quality content on social platforms, responding to all comments and messages on social media platforms, enhancing the team leads Google Business account, boosting the number of and respond to all online reviews, create google service ads, and manage team leads YouTube show and Instagram series. This is a 40 hour per week position with possible weekend bonuses. The applicant must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm and be open to working weekends for additional income. Potential for bonuses This is a long-term opportunity. Responsibilities: • Managing Zillow Flex account • Create templated marketing materials and prepare materials to be mailed • Follow up with clients • Run office errands • Print reports • Attending meetings and training Qualifications: • 2-3 years experience as an executive assistant or administrative assistant • Real estate experience required • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • High School diploma or equivalent required • Advanced Social Media experience • BE FLEXIBLE! - your days rarely look the same • Work 40 hours per week, possibly more - be open to possibly working weekends (if needed) • Trustworthy - you will spend a lot of time by yourself, you need to be working • Must be local to Myrtle Beach, SC, or willing to relocate • Real Estate license preferred but not necessary Compensation: $14 - $18 hourly
