    We’re searching for a dedicated and passionate real estate administrative assistant to become an integral part of our growing Team. You’ll be the team go-to person in the office to perform a number of different duties and office support responsibilities. You will be responsible for managing paperwork in a timely manner, organize systems, organize paperless filing systems, input property and client data, scheduling appointments, and providing superb customer service. In addition, you’ll work with other staff members to market our brand through social media. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. Candidate must be proficient with Mac OS, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. Responsibilities: Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner • Schedule necessary appointments with all parties including client consultations, buyer tours, open houses, and the final walkthrough • Participate in training sessions to improve skills with administrative tasks in the real estate industry • Work with other team members to ensure each real estate transaction is completed smoothly and exceeding clients expectations with exceptional customer service • Supervise production of all online marketing materials and social media as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • Develop, maintain, and implement systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, and front and back-office support. Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed • This position is initially onsite at our office in Mosaic District transitioning to several days a week virtual. Qualifications: • Real estate license preferred but not required • Weekend availability • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Candidates are required to have a high school diploma or GED • Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use MacOS Office to create necessary documents • Internet and Social Media Savvy • Excellent Written and verbal communication skills • Exceptional Organizational Skills Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 Hr + Quarterly Bonus
