    Are you passionate about the real estate business? Our Real Estate company is searching for a dedicated administrative assistant to become an integral part of our growing team. You will be the go-to person, perform several different duties and office support responsibilities and help calm the chaos. This position will execute on marketing our brand through social media, writing letters, making website posts, and more. In addition, you will be responsible for managing paperwork in a timely manner, organize systems, organize paperless filing systems, input property, and client data, scheduling appointments, and providing superb customer service. Applicants should be extremely detail-oriented, possess great interpersonal skills, and have basic knowledge of paperwork processes and database management. And if you have great ideas on how we can make improvements, we would love that too. Candidates must be proficient with Mac OS, Pages, Numbers, and Keynote. This position is in our office in the Mosaic District. Responsibilities: • Post online marketing on all social media outlets via MeetEdgar • Production of all print marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team • Schedule appointments as needed including client consultations, buyer tours, open houses, and the final walkthrough • Work with other team members to ensure each real estate transaction is completed smoothly and exceeding clients expectations with exceptional customer service • Create mailers to generate business • Achieve company objectives and regularly compile a progress report to present to the team • Develop, maintain, and implement systems for sellers, buyers, lead generation, and front and back-office support. Ensure that all systems and processes run efficiently, making revisions as needed Qualifications: • Exceptional organizational skills and detail-oriented • Real estate license preferred but not required • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Social media savvy a must • Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an office manager • Understands how to utilize a CRM for processing client information • Expert with MacOS Office to create necessary documents • Weekend availability • Reliable transportation Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
