    We are a creative arcade and events company based in San Francisco and Los Angeles that specializes in the placement of classic arcade games and photobooths in bars. We are looking for an exceptional technician to maintain and repair our machines in the San Francisco market and potentially grow with the company as we expand into other accounts.

    You will directly contribute to the maintenance and repair of our games at our partner locations. On-the-job training will be made available in how to operate and repair these machines, and no arcade or electronics experience is needed. WE WILL HAPPILY TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE! You must be meticulous, organized, friendly, a strong problem solver, and able to communicate well with our partner location's staff and management.

    This on-call position will require a few hours of weekend work on both Saturday and/or Sunday, but carries a flexible schedule during the week.  Responsibilities:

    • Maintenance of all games at accounts/bar locations with a goal of maximum up-time.
    • Scheduled visits to accounts/bars to ensure all equipment is operating properly
    • Ensure partner accounts/bars are satisfied and happy, documenting any concerns or issues regarding game operations and client relations.
    • Cash handling, pulling revenue from equipment, and ensuring prompt day of deposits.
    • Work alongside management to ensure overall success of the business.

     

    Requirements:

    • Must be meticulous and organized
    • Focused and committed to solving tasks efficiently
    • Ability to read through product manuals and find solutions to issues
    • Proficiency with gmail and other web / mobile applications to communicate and report issues
    • Current driver's license with a clean and safe driving record
    • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
    • Strong verbal and written communications
    • Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and more on a regular basis
    • Understanding of Google Apps (such as Gmail), Project management software of any kind, and basic collaboration software (such as Dropbox)

    Compensation: 

    Depends on Experience (this position is hourly with mileage reimbursement)
