    JOB TITLE: Import Account Representative

    REPORTS TO: Import Team Manager

    FLSA STATUS: Non-exempt

    DEPARTMENT/LOCATION: Imports/1227 N. 4th Street Philadelphia PA 19122

    POSITION SUMMARY:

    The position calls for a seasoned Import professional with 1-5 years experience. Successful candidates should exhibit leadership by example among colleagues and in support of Steer’s organizational goals and values.

    The position’s responsibilities include:

    • Full range of import operations, client management and administrative tasks. These services may include but are not limited to: producing, reviewing and distributing customs clearance/import documentation; coordinating either directly or with Steer colleagues customer-focused logistics services
    • Providing customer service and communications
    • Providing internal support to import/export individuals, teams or colleagues as assigned
    • Coordinating special projects/tasks as assigned
