    What We Need

    We are looking for data-driven SALES OPERATIONS ANALYST to join our team to enhance and improve the overall customer experience.  We are looking for someone who is eager to help improve conversion rates across a variety of marketing & sales channels. Work with the business development & marketing team to help drive more qualified leads to our client services team. 

    Your Area of Focus

    • Optimize lead flow from our Marketing Automation Software to our CRM
    • Uncover customer and prospects’ interest in our subscriptions to help develop into a solid sales opportunity
    • Oversee management and distribution of leads to sales team on an ongoing basis
    • Create analysis and metrics regarding Business Development efforts
    • Track and report daily/weekly/monthly activity goals, as required
    • Optimization, and monitoring of qualified leads from campaign and business development results
    • Analyze user flow & behavior to help drive testing strategy and implementation
    • Ensure integrity of tracking across marketing & sales software
    • Full-funnel reporting and measurement of tests from impressions and clicks to closed-won deals and MRR
    • Work collaboratively with team members and cross-functionality to help exceed lead targets

    Your Qualifications

    • 2+ years of experience optimizing conversion rates for landing pages, digital marketing campaigns, ad copy, etc.
    • Experience with landing page testing tools such as  HubSpot  
    • Proficient with web analytics and full-funnel reporting (i.e. Google Analytics, Salesforce)
    • High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite)
    • Creative thinker who enjoys coming up with new ideas to test
    • Enjoys collaboration with team members and working towards a common goal
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients and understand their requirements
    • Ability to effectively listen and ask compelling questions
    • Must be able to work well in a team environment and independently under minimal supervision
    • Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and offer recommendations
    • Ability to manage, track and prioritize many tasks
    • Great verbal and written communications skills
