Analyst would be working to identify, source, and assist in underwriting potential under the radar commercial property along the south coast of Maine. Knowledge of areas of Maine and demographics is a great start.

We are a private New England company in the commercial real estate, and construction business established in 1957 and seeking an individual to dhelp build the company's real estate pipeline. This individual must be self motivated, work well in a team environment, develop, implement and maintain databases and deliver weekly reports from Zoom Meetings and be able to travel once per month to our main office in Canton MA.
