Growing personal injury law firm is looking for an Intake/ Sales Specialist to join our Intake team. Candidate should be an excellent communicator with a positive attitude. You will be the initial person to speak to one of the thousands of innocent injury victims and their families who contact us to help win their injury cases.

The Intake/Sales Specialist will be responsible for taking calls and emails from potential new clients, investigating preliminary issues, communicating with legal staff, and entering cases in case management system. The ideal candidate has at least one (1) year prior sales/intake experience. Applicant must have strong communication skills. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Responsible for answering inbound calls from potential new clients while providing excellent client service

• Knowledge or experience with insurance claims, personal injury, or similar areas

• Ability to gather and enter case details into our case management system. Details includes: injuries/damages, liability, and insurance coverage to determine validity of potential case etc.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent communication skills
• Track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Strong work ethic
• Proficient computer literacy with general Office applications including: Outlook, Word, Excel
• Positive attitude
• Strong attention to detail
• Minimum one year call centers or sales experience
• Bi-lingual is preferred but not required
