    John & Molly’s Tavern in Eastampton, NJ, seeks a full-time BOH/FOH Manager to join our team.

    Who are we? We are a family-owned tavern housed in a historic 19th-century building. We serve tasty and creatively crafted drinks, fresh seafood, steaks, sautés, and a variety of beers.

    Candidate summary: The ideal candidate is adaptable. You exhibit initiative and leadership while being a strong team player.

    The primary focus of the role is to assist the business owner in leading and managing both BOH & FOH operations.

    Job title:

    • BOH/FOH Manager

    Compensation and benefits:

    • $22-25 hourly (does not include additional bonus pay)
    • $1000-1200 average weekly take-home range
    • Paid Weekly
    • Paid time off
    • Bonus pay (performance-based)

    Schedule requirements:

    • Flexible, but nights and weekends are required
    • Closed Christmas, Easter, the 4th of July week, and Thanksgiving

    Language requirements:

    • English
    • Spanish helpful

    Experience and skills:

    • Both & FOH Management experience in a casual restaurant/tavern that serves liquor
    • Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
    • Menu creation
    • Follow written recipes and instructions
    • Expo experience helpful (training provided)
    • Can reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
    • Can work in a standing position for long periods
    • Ordering, receiving, and inventory
    • Managing <5 employees
