What You’ll Do
- Assist the owner/operator with FOH & BOH management
- Lead, train, and support a small team (<5 employees)
- Oversee ordering, receiving, and inventory control
- Manage scheduling, expo, and service flow
- Ensure compliance with food safety & sanitation standards
- Provide an outstanding guest and employee experience
About You (Ideal Candidate)
- FOH management experience in a tavern, bar, or casual restaurant is required
- BOH management experience helpful
- Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)
- Strong leadership, multitasking, and communication skills
- Comfortable lifting to 50 lbs & standing long shifts
- Positive, dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable
- Quick to build rapport with guests and staff
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
