John Mull's Meats and Road Kill Grill rated #1 in Nevada and #6 Nationwide is hiring for our casual dining food service.

THE RIGHT PERSON WILL BE ABLE TO:

Obtain and maintain a Food Handlers card, follow all Southern Nevada Health Department (SNHD) guidelines

Maintain a Customer Service attitude while serving all customers this may include answering incoming calls

Work within an indoor/outdoor environment in temperatures that may fluctuate while working and able to stand for long periods of time

Lifting boxes, packages and goods weighing up to 70 lbs. while maintaining proper body mechanics

Manage customer tickets, payments in several forms

Participate in cross-training as requested and be ready to do all duties as requested within your training level.

THE RIGHT PERSON MUST:

Be able to read, write and speak English

Have or obtain after employment a valid SNHD Food Handlers Card

Be dependable and able to meet flexible and varying schedules based on business demand

Be able to take direction while working and able to understand and follow all sanitation policies
