    Job Description

    JohnHart Real Estate has 10 offices and over 350 agents working tirelessly to help clients sell and purchase homes. It's no surprise that we need a team of highly motivated team members to make sure things run smoothly.

    THIS SPECIFIC POSITION IS FOR OUR INHOUSE LENDING TEAM, GOLDEN COAST FINANCE. THE TEAM IS CURRENTLY MADE UP OF 9 DEDICATED AND HARD-WORKING PROFESSIONALS LED BY ONE OF THE MOST ETHICAL AND KNOWLEDGABLE LOAN OFFICERS THE INDUSTRY HAS TO OFFER, MIKE PANDAZOS. MIKE IS BEST KNOWN FOR HIS PATIENCE AND WILLINGNESS TO ALWAYS TEACH AND LEARN. THE EXPERIENCE OF HIS AGENTS, CLIENTS, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY, STAFF, IS HIS NUMBER ONE PRIORITY.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Send application package to potential borrowers.
    • Process loan applications.
    • Submit loans through Calyx Point
    • Review borrower docs and prepare for underwriter submission.
    • Obtain all conditions required from borrowers. Income docs, banks statement, paycheck stubs, etc
    • Review income.
    • Answer all borrower related questions.
    • Order appraisal.
    • Communicate with escrow.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of three years of experience in real estate lending.
    • Minimum of two years of experience as a loan processor.
    • Knowledge of basic loan processing procedures and systems.
    • Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding real estate and privacy, including Reg Z and RESPA.
    • Understanding of Calyx Point.
