Job Description

• Part time position available - About 25 hours per week
• Will pay between $1500 to $3000 per month 
• Manage business email inbox
• Answer incoming customer phone calls from own phone
• Return missed phone calls and voicemail messages
• Follow up phone calls and email replies to past, current and future customers
• Distributing class rosters to tennis coaches
• Prepare contracts, proposals and class information as directed
• Input and record data such as email addresses and contact information as needed
• Updating schedules for classes, meetings and events
• Attending and participating in meetings
• Attend to owner's personal schedule, if needed (schedule meetings, phone calls, interviews, run errands, book flights, hotels, or personal appointments, etc.)
• Very light travel may be required

Qualifications

• Outgoing, positive attitude
• Motivated and responsible with a strong work ethic
• Must be thorough and responsible to complete all tasks by given deadlines
• Must attain full knowledge of tennis programs, class schedules, pricing and all other related information
• Must be proficient in Word and Excel
• Flexible schedule
• Availability to work from home at least 20 hours per week
• High school diploma or some college experience (Degree not required)
• Proficiency in and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Some administrative, clerical, receptionist experience preferred
• A background in customer service and public relations preferred
