  • Responsibilities

    GENERAL SUMMARY:

     

    Under the general supervision of the Chef Manager, the Dietary Aide will wait tables, fill condiments, wash and dry dishes, and assist the Chef Manager as needed.

    EDUCATION:

     

    High School diploma or equivalent required.

     

    WORK EXPERIENCE:

     

    Six months of food service/restaurant experience preferred.

    Serves residents their meals. 

    Sets up tables and dining area for meals. Cleans tables and dining area after meals. Fills condiments in anticipation of meals. 

    Assists with washing and drying of dishes and kitchen utensils; and sweeping and mopping of kitchen floor. 

    Assists Chef Manager with routine kitchen duties such as stocking shelves and putting food orders away.

    • Personnel Management – Must be skilled in team-building and team supervision. Must demonstrate the ability to prescribe standards and performance expectations and enforce them; ability to coach/mentor, develop, and train subordinate team members; and, the ability to work closely with peers to reach common goals and objectives.
    • Project Management – Mus demonstrate the ability to manage all aspects of a project: technical delivery; financial management; client deliverables; and records management.  The ideal candidate will deliver the skills to plan, execute, track, and control a project with minimal supervision.  The Automotive Senior Technical Recruiter must be capable of: ensuring compliance with business rules for operations; managing contracting and sub-contracting requirements; and, managing project risks and issues to include developing mitigation plans.
    • Business Development – The ability to identify and develop new business opportunities. The ability to identify and shape new opportunities, develop proposals, and provide capture management for small to large business opportunities.
