DESCRIPTION
We have a position available for a full-time Marketing Associate to provide marketing and analytical support services to our team, reporting to the Director of Marketing. The Marketing Associate will play a key role in working closely with the director of Marketing, the Operations Manager, and the President to develop and carry out our marketing and business development strategy and processes.
The Marketing Associate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Obtain, analyze and report on data analysis about the industry and its participants;
- Assist and train team members with marketing campaigns and client outreach through the use of customer relationship management (CRM) system;
- Maintain and ensure accurate and complete and accurate data in the CRM system;
- Prepare and present reports to President and Marketing Director on ongoing and strategic business development activities;
- Create and edit documents and presentations for brand, style, and formatting consistency;
- Maintain standards of confidentiality with respect to all matters and documents.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate’s qualifications should include:
- Prior experience in Marketing, Business Development and Data Analysis in a small or start-up environment in the professional services industry;
- Meticulous attention to detail;
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills;
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a start-up environment;
- Project management skills and able to plan and perform on multiple tasks at the same time;
- Experience maintaining and being the administrator for customer relationship software, experience with PowerCRM or Microsoft Dynamics is a plus;
- A high level of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, experience in OneDrive, Teams, and Monday.com is highly preferred.
