Develops and assists in the implementation of quality programs to support complex hardware, software, and service products.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
· Develops quality initiatives for complex hardware, software, and service products *
· Responsible for functions such as software and hardware testing, analytical quality control, verification of systems and document changes, and quality audits. *
· Responsible for the implementation of and compliance with ISO standards *
· Documents product problems and writes other documentation*
· Oversees the company’s Configuration Management Process *
· May assist in the review and evaluation of product performance*

Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or related scientific or technical discipline or equivalent experience.
Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
Must be able to obtain an interim Secret security clearance prior to start date
U.S. Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and government property audits
Experience in writing processes and procedures
Experience in AS 9100
