General Summary
Participates in the development, testing, maintenance and delivery of training programs and related materials in support of customer products and/or military systems. May involve temporary deployment to customer sites to provide up-to-date training to users as well provide as technical and logistical support.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
- Develops training curriculum, demonstrations, and practical exercises*
- Conducts online and/or classroom training sessions*
- Creates and maintains training material to ensure relevance and timeliness*
- Develops and maintains forms and records for training*
- Evaluates the effectiveness of training relative to objectives*
- Deploys with military systems and/or equipment to provide up-to-date training to users as well provide as technical and logistical support.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 8 years related experience
- Progressive military experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience in the recursive process and military writing style to include step-by-step learning, lesson plans, senior leader briefings, after action reviews, and executive summaries
- Must be willing and able to travel (with or without reasonable accommodation) up to 20% of the year as required. Some travel will be to the Army Combat Training Centers in which the candidate may have to embed with Soldiers in austere environments
- Former Military Officer, Warrant Officer, or Non-Commissioned Officer
- Must be proficient with the MS Office suite of applications
- Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required
**Preferred Qualifications: **
- Minimum of 10 years cumulative, current operational experience in military service. (Current operational experience is defined as service ending within the last five years).
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in conducting meetings, leading discussion groups, briefing Soldiers and senior leader audiences, effectively communicating conceptual ideas in writing, and orally articulating thoughts
- Graduate of a Military Leaders Course
- Graduate of a Basic Instructors Course
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Unmanned Aircraft Vehicle experience
