COLSA is seeking an experienced and highly organized all source intelligence analyst. Candidate serves as an intelligence analyst in support of Information Operations. Candidate will serve in the J39 division as part of a Combatant Command (CCMD) Staff. The position provides programmatic support to the CCMD level to facilitate planning, target development, network analysis, and synchronization of non-lethal operations and actions. This Position is located in San Antonio TX at Lackland AFB.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conducts all-source intelligence research and evaluates technical and all-source intelligence.
- Demonstrates the ability to think critically and produces high-quality finished reports, presentations, recommendations, and findings.
- Provides a full range of intelligence support to assist planners and analysts in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, building and maintaining databases; monitoring intelligence; assisting with administration and management of RFIs; producing metrics; providing cross-domain data transfer and intelligence dissemination support; system-high to -low transfers between JWICS, SIPRNet, and NIPRNet and other U.S. and Allied/Partner systems.
- Facilitates productive information sharing and analytic outreach and develops collaborative relationships with members of the intelligence community.
- Performs in-depth research and analysis on data and writes intelligence reports, adhering to tight deadlines and strict quality guidelines, using numerous U.S. Government databases.
- Applies in-depth analytic skills to identify, assess, design, and report on highly complex order of battle, force structure, military capabilities, key military leadership, military policies, plans, strategies, intentions, and their impact on force developments.
- Attends meetings and provides input and recommendations as requested.
- Conducts basic, intermediate, and advanced target development supporting Information Operations’ application of difference Information related Capabilities (IRC) by providing targeting expertise and integration into Combatant Command Joint Targeting and Joint Fires activities.
- Briefs senior Combatant Command senior leaders, planners, and members of the intelligence community and interagency at validation boards, target vetting, or coordination boards, working groups, and operational planning meetings.
- Provides input to operational documents (OPORD, EXORD, and numbered plans), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Manuals/Instructions, and Combatant Command policies, standards, and regulations as required.
- Conducts operational deconfliction, coordinates with interagency and intelligence community partners, and performs equities checks.

Required Skills
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 10 years experience
- Active TS/SCI; US citizenship required
- Expert knowledge of capabilities pertinent to the CCMD AOR and proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive network analysis products
- Experience in target development and approval process and applying a collection management strategy against designated targets
- Experience operating in a 4-star military headquarters environment as a staff member with minimum guidance
- Superior interpersonal, organizational, and management skills
- Good oral and written communications skills, including an expert ability to communicate effectively with intelligence collection requirements at the operational and nation intelligence levels
- Critical thinker; willing to listen, learn, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Expert skills with Microsoft Office applications.
