    JOB SUMMARY

    This sale leader works with AIL Directors to develop short- and long-term strategic goals and is responsible for guiding the planning, organization, and implementation of all sales and business development programs and activities to support the expansion and grow of the agency’s book of business to achieve the agency goals with regards AIL’s ALP and penetration of the Latino Market.

    Also provides leadership to the sales personnel through the implementation of effective training programs, regular review of sales activities and effectiveness, and development of programs to improve sales performance.

    PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Support the growth of the agency through the development of sales plans.
    • Develop marketing concepts and lead them from idea through to final product
    • Be the custodian of the companies’ defined sales programs and methodology
    • Promote and actively participate In the recruiting of new agents
    • Conduct regular sales training sessions with new and experienced agents
    • Conduct regular review of sales activities and effectiveness to identify weaknesses and strengths on the processes and agents. Work individually with the agents to improve their performance
    • Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift
    • Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specification.

    Required Skills

    KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:

    • Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in AIL sales with focus in the Hispanic Market
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Strong reporting skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task simultaneously
    • Ability to meet deadlines and manage projects
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
    • Strong understanding of the Hispanic Culture
    • Bilingual: English – Spanish (native: speaking, reading and writing)

    Required Experience

    Education & Work Experience Required

    • At least 1 year working as AIL’s field agent.
    • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Qualifications
