TASK 5 TRAINING AND EXERCISE MANAGEMENT (MCCYWG)
JOB TASKS
Supports all MCCYWG Cyber Teams which consists of approximately 30 staff members, on each of the ten (10) teams. On average, six (6) teams simultaneously requiring support on active missions.
Provide close management of events to include observations of lessons learned during the event.
Ensure the facilitation and completion of required pipeline cyber training for the Marine Corps cyber mission forces.
Manage and track all cyber training related to work role certification across the 13 Marine Corps teams
Facilitate the processing of training requests for MCCYWG personnel.
Coordinate with external commands and agencies to properly enroll Marines in training, advanced level courses, or other schools as required.
Attend all Service and Joint Defense Readiness Forums, Conferences and Working Groups to provide notes on topics related to MCCYWG operations.
Support Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) administration by managing the DRRS for U.S. Marine Corps Cyberspace Warfare Group for Service and Joint Readiness Reporting.
Educate MCCYWG stakeholders on Service and Joint Defense Readiness Reporting processes, procedures, directives, orders, and instructions.
Administer user accounts for all subordinate elements and provide subject matter expertise as required.
Required Skills
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's Degree (Education preferred) and three to five years of Education/HR experience, or a master's degree in Education/HR management and two years of experience in the HR field, or seven years of experience in the Education/HR field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
Proven work experience as a training manager
Strong record of designing and executing successful training programs
Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations, etc.)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
Strong writing and record keeping ability for reports and training manuals.
Strong computer and database skills

QUALIFICATIONS
Pursuant to a Government contract, this position requires U.S. Citizenship status.
MUST HAVE AND MAINTAIN TOP SECRET/SCI CLEARANCE AND CI POLYGRAPH.
Must have the skills needed to expertly use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint to execute required tasks/work assignments.
Must be familiar with the principles and proper management of Privacy Act of 1974, FOUO, and OPSEC information.
