    **About the role
    ** As a Senior Enterprise Messaging Analyst, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the firm’s global Exchange email infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:

    • Creating, maintaining, and supporting all Exchange servers firm-wide through general maintenance, OS and application patching, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis; this includes on-premise and Exchange Online resources, Exchange Hybrid Connector, and related hybrid resources
    • Acting as a support resource to attorneys, staff, and management regarding Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Outlook questions
    • Working with our monitoring team to proactively review and respond to all system logs/alerts for supported systems and produce reports as required on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
    • Assisting in the migration of content/resources from on-premise to Exchange Online when requested and maintaining the Exchange Hybrid Connector to facilitate connectivity between on-premise resources and those in Exchange Online
    • Installing, configuring, and supporting secure messaging technologies for client communications including TLS, SMIME, and Azure IRM
    • Providing integration support for cloud-based applications like MS Teams which integrate with on-premise messaging resources

    About you

    We’d love to hear from you if you:

    • Possess knowledge and proficiency working with Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 in an Enterprise environment, including supporting for Exchange in long term hybrid environments and solid experience in Exchange Management Shell (EMS)
    • Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency working with Windows Server 2019/2019 Core, Microsoft Active Directory, and DNS
    • Possess knowledge and experience working with MS Teams integration with on-premise Exchange
    • Demonstrate experience working with Cisco Ironport ESA/SMA servers for secure email exchange, SPAM filtering, and message tracking/reporting

    And have:

    • A High school diploma or equivalent
    • A minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with the implementation, maintenance, and support of an on-premise installation of Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 (server core) enterprise architecture in medium to large environments (3000+ mailboxes)
    • A Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of six (6) years of experience in an Enterprise setting may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree

    **Compensation & Benefits
    **Successful candidates will not only be provided with an outstanding career opportunity and welcoming environment, but will also receive a generous and competitive total compensation package. The salary range for this role is $125,000 - $135,000 and represents the firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and location. Discretionary bonuses may be awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance — and profit-sharing partnership contributions to 401(k) accounts may be given based on firm performance.

    • Ability to freely access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment

     

    PREFERRED SKILLS

    • Knowledgeable with CPM scheduling. Experienced with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is a plus
