The Production Manager is directly responsible for a ____________person workforce in a ____________sq foot high volume repair and logistics operation.

This hands-on position manages and oversees all production processes in a CTDI facility as well as monitoring production performance levels and regularly interfacing with our customers.
- Manage and oversee all production processes and implementation of new production process business
- Manage departmental daily profit and loss forecasting and analysis
- Manage labor planning and scheduling
- Monitor operational performance levels and regularly interface with our customers.
- Responsible for production performance in testing, cosmetic refurbishment, pack-out and quality areas to ensure all production requirements are met
- Train, motivate, and support staff in all areas of company and departmental procedures and expectations.
- Ensure that quality standards are consistently met.
- Coach and council employees on performance deficiencies and document as required.
- Prepare and administer daily performance feedback and reporting as required.
- Complete employee attendance records and monitor for adherence to policy. Prepare corrective actions when necessary.
- Provide suggestions and maintain continual process improvements
- All administrative duties within the production area, including timekeeping, performance documentation, training.
- Support and ensure compliance with CTDI safety programs and initiatives as well as all applicable OSHA and state workplace safety laws.
- Ensure compliance with all building security requirements set forth by CTDI and its customers
Required Skills
- Proficiency in MSOffice (Word, Excel, Access and Project), report preparation, and data analysis

Required Experience
- 5+ years of management experience required, preferably in a high volume production environment.
- Technical degree or certification preferred.
- Experience working with contingent labor force preferred (temporary/contract employees)
