General Summary
Provides technical, consultative, and administrative services across a broad range of functional disciplines related to Security Operations Center (SOCaaS). Assists the customer in effectiveness and efficiency of military related operations, resources, and programs to include planning, resource management, pricing, and metrics development.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Collects data from databases, web-based sources and tools, industry reports, public information, and/or internal sources.
- Investigates current practices and leads brainstorming sessions to develop potential solutions for areas to improve current SOCaaS implementations to business processes.
- Translates data into valuable insights for operational decision-making and strategic planning.
- Prepares reports, dashboards, and graphic illustrations of findings.
- May collaborate with functional areas to develop and maintain performance metrics, measurements, methods, and targets.
- Presents findings to General Officers and Senior Executive Staffs and internal stakeholders.
- Makes recommendations based on an understanding of the Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and Army Materiel Command’s strategy and stakeholder needs.
- Leads Working Groups, In Process Reviews, and Program Managements reviews which includes Department of Defense, Department of the Army, and Army Materiel Command stakeholders.
- Prepares senior-level presentations that communicate the as-is and the to-be states and clearly demonstrate business value to be gained from an improvement.

Required Skills
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or technical discipline, or related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 7-9 years’ related experience
- Ability to obtain/maintain Secret security clearance; US citizenship required
- Working knowledge of desktop applications including word processing, spreadsheet, and database software packages
- Ability to work on-site at HQAMC BLDG 4400

DoD Staff Experience
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Experience reviewing Taskers
Experience developing Battle Rhythm
Experience developing policies and strategies for the Army
PMI PMP Certification, CISSP, or CISM
