    Position Summary: Responsible for research, pursuit coordination and marketing efforts for engineering pursuits. U.S. Residency Required.

    Essential Functions and Responsibilities

    • Work with the overall team to generate formal responses to RFQs/RFP’, create presentations and related marketing materials.
    • Research websites, subscriptions and other business publications for project opportunities/ RFQ’s, as well as client information and industry data.
    • RFQ’s, as well as client information and industry data Maintain and update a CRM database of RFQ and pursuit information, staff resumes and photos, project information, photos, description sheets & related data, proposal responses, and other items.
    • Coordinate all phases of the pursuit process from kick-off meeting to production and delivery and proposal closeout.
    • Prepare major sections of RFQ documents, including tailored introductions, firm overviews, project descriptions and resumes, and related graphics.. Work with Subject Matter Experts to develop other pursuit content.
    • Develop graphic design of marketing tools and materials including brochures, leave-behinds, white papers, presentations, and other promotional materials.
    • Work closely with Management to ensure that all deliverables are coordinated, consistent, relevant, and completed on time.
    • Work closely with technical staff, administrative staff, and marketing staff in other offices, as well as outside vendors, subconsultants, and clients.
    • Organize, coordinate, and execute objectives with minimal oversight, strong attention to detail, a high level of professionalism, and appropriate timeliness in regard to scheduled milestones and deadlines for proposals and related sales support deliverables.

    Required Skills

    • Demonstrated writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud / Creative Suite applications (i.e., InDesign, Photoshop)
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills
    • Dedicated team player with a proactive, good attitude
    • Creative problem solver with a high level of follow-up
    • Natural communications skills with the ability to effectively interact across the internal organization
    • Knowledge of CRM Systems – a plus
    • Knowledge of the AEC Industry – a plus

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, English, Communication, Graphic Design, or related field or equivalent years of experience

    Working Conditions

    Work is performed within a general office environment 95% of the time. Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require occasional standing and walking. Lighting and temperature are adequate and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. within the office environment.
