The Business Development Center Representative is responsible for lead management activities in support of the company’s sales and service goals. Don’t worry: NO COLD CALLING!
Internet Sales Rep Responsibilities:
Drive traffic for the sales and/or service departments by coordinating appointments for prospective customers by:
Handling incoming calls
Following up on guest visits via phone and email
Responding to online requests
Following up with past customers
Sell/Inform customers on the reasons to visit our dealerships
Forward ANY customers concerns to the correct department Manager and follow-up.
Internet Sale Rep Requirements:
Start-starter and self-motivator
Team-oriented
Must have excellent communication skills (pleasant phone persona, verbal/grammatical skills along with a clear speaking voice)
Must be comfortable with computers, typing, and technology systems
Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations
Dealership experience preferred but not required
Call Center experience preferred but not required
