We’re searching for an organized, professional Real Estate Marketing Coordinator & Executive Assistant to serve as the main point of contact for the CEO. Your responsibilities include photography and videography, managing our social media accounts, handling the role of executive assistant to the CEO, and handling miscellaneous marketing and administrative tasks working closely with other department heads to achieve the goals of the team. Responsibilities: • Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message • Support the company and agents by tracking incoming leads/prospects so marketing campaigns can be adjusted accordingly to help ensure company growth • Plan and organize all team events, take photos, and then market on social media • Manage website design, content, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up-to-date and relevant • Deliver social media content with a fresh approach and respond to all followers • Photography and videography for all team listings, events, and other needs • Handle miscellaneous administrative aspects of the team's Real Estate business • Coordinate the purchasing of marketing materials and other business-related supplies and materials • Work with Team leader & Director of Operations to help the organization achieve our mission • Gather and input new listing specifics • Pick up and deliver commission checks, signs, lockboxes, etc. • Assist our agents in their day-to-day business • Help to assure our clients have the most amazing experience from start to finish with our team • Coordinating marketing, 36 Touch, and events at a high level • Use your creative mind to move our business forward in all ways • Adjust to the needs of the real estate office and execute other assistant duties when necessary • Answer phone calls, emails, and other requests and notify the broker of necessary details • Schedule meetings, travel itineraries, and any other relevant appointments for broker Qualifications: • Amazing attitude • Be learning-based and want to learn and grow with the organization • Excellent communication skills • Attention to detail is a must! Precise, thorough, and accurate • Experience in Real Estate is preferred but not a must • Have to be great at using Microsoft Office, web-based software such as all Google products, the internet, and computers in general (This is a Must ) • Ability to perform work against deadlines • Be a quick learner and have the ability to master programs and systems and adapt as needed • High school diploma or G.E.D. required • Used to handling private information and meeting hard deadlines • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills Compensation: $40,000 yearly
