Job Description
Johnson Service Group is looking for a Sr. Tech Recruiter for one of our Clients in IL. This is a fully remote position. Will be responsible for managing the full life cycle recruitment process. You will be recruiting for Software Development (Java, Embedded, Android), Engineering & IT in North America including Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full life cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, developing new hire compensation packages, and closing candidates.
- Working in a high-volume environment and juggling multiple Req’s, Managers, interviews, candidates, etc.
- Experience in using innovative research & sourcing methods to hire for niche areas and hard to fill roles.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
- 5 + years full life cycle recruiting experience in a fast-pace, corporate environment
- Deep experience recruiting at all levels
- Knowledge of employment laws and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations, knowledge of immigration policies (work authorization/visa requirements).
- Must have past technical recruiting experience focused on Software Development( Java, Embedded, Android), Engineering & IT.
- Grasp of technology solutions such as Mobile, IOT, Cloud, Machine Learning, Android development & Big Data
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Seekout
- Must have experience recruiting candidates across North America and Canada
- Exceptional closing and negotiation skills
- Working knowledge of iCIMS applicant tracking system a plus

- Ideal candidate will have a passion for recruiting talent in a highly competitive market with advanced proficiency developing pathways and unique recruiting strategies for prospective and passive candidates.
- Define and monitor success measures of recruiting processes and programs, create mitigation plans to increase application volumes in high-risk areas and compose data-driven narratives to highlight sourcing channel insights and results
- Create strategic recruiting plans within specific regions for current and future hiring demand
- Drive long-term strategy in close collaboration with employment branding, marketing, and Business Leaders
- Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results and insights to drive future recruitment activity and decisions including candidate profiles and target locations
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise on market trends, recruiting metrics and talent attraction tools
- Define and monitor success measures of recruiting processes and programs; create mitigation plans to increase application volumes in high-risk areas
