    Why You Are Needed: 

    As our Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for the identification of outstanding talent needed to support and grow JTS’s human capital, while supporting JTS’s mission and values daily! 

    What You Will Need to Succeed: 

    Education: High School Diploma required  

    Bilingual in Spanish and Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred 

    Experience:  3 years of experience as a full- cycle recruiter required; experience in high volume recruiting, and creative sourcing techniques preferred. 

    • You have experience recruiting for a variety of positions 
    • You are highly motivated, confident, and high-energy 
    • You are a strong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidates 
    • You re flexible and adaptable to changing priorities 
    • You are organized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-up 
    • You have the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment 
    • Ability to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levels 
    • Self-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven results 
    • Background in recruiting for manufacturing and production teams preferred  
    • Strong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff;
    • Ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
