ABOUT THE ROLE:
The successful candidate must have 5+ years of recent Family Law Paralegal experience and will manage the discovery process as well as prepare cases for depositions, mediations and trials. The Family Law Paralegal will prepare legal documents, filings, and/or general correspondence with accuracy and adhere to the JKZ formatting guidelines. This position requires that the Family Law Paralegal be extremely detail-oriented, organized, critical about accuracy, spelling and grammar and possess the ability to prioritize and follow up.
