    Job Description

     

    We are seeking an Administrative Marketing Assistant to join our successful commercial real estate team! You will perform all administrative and marketing functions in order to drive company success.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
    • Prepare Lease, Sale, and other transaction documents
    • Coordinate and guide transaction coordination and timelines
    • Data entry and document prep
    • Plan and schedule appointments and events
    • Greet and assist onsite guests
    • Answer inbound telephone calls
    • Organize and maintain filing systems and additional paperwork/information
    • Prepare brochures, handouts, and other marketing materials as needed
    • Maintain, update, and create website pages and information with current property listing details
    • Prepare and deliver team listing presentations for prospective property assignments
    • Create and send marketing emails to business owners and the brokerage community with new property information
    • Create custom newsletters, buyer's guides, and other promotional pieces as needed.
    • Light graphic design work as needed for company materials
    • Setup and manage open houses and other company events
    • Perform all other office tasks

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Advanced in Microsoft Office and typing
    • Must be able to use Microsoft Publisher, Adobe CC experience preferred
    • Computer skill set necessary
    • Previous experience with marketing materials a plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Attention to detail
    • Strong organizational skills
    • Experienced with working on a team
    • Reliable employment record with references required.
    • Ability to interact with wide-range of clients and personalities.
    • Prior document prep is a must-have
