Renpho is a leader in the health and wellness industry. Our mission is to enhance health, fitness, and wellness journeys with our smart healthy living products and solutions. We are looking for a motivated and qualified social media specialist to assist our marketing team!

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of influencer marketing deals, both directly with influencers and via agencies/management companies, from start to finish on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, etc.
• Copywriting and presentations, coming up with fun and creative captions
• Collect, analyze, and use social data to inform decision making and deliver performance reports
• Prioritize multiple campaigns and complete priorities
• Day to day communication with influencers and partners, and building relations
• Create content calendars and checklists for each influencer to help fulfill contractual obligations
• Keep track of all partner posts to ensure all deliverables are completed
• Maintain and update influencer management platforms. Keep campaigns and content on the platform organized and up to date.
• Maintain structure and organization to ensure that all partnerships are executed correctly and as seamlessly as possible.
• Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year experience in digital marketing/social media/influencer/ performance marketing
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field
• Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices and emerging trends (Facebook, YouTube, SnapChat, Pinterest, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
• Ability to troubleshoot and be flexible in a fast paced, multi-tasking, environment with numerous deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and organizational skills
• Passion for social media and audience growth
• Experience with social analytics and social listening tools, such as Sprout, Google Analytics etc.
