THE OPPORTUNITY: PAID PCA TRAINING (NORWICH CORPORATE OFFICE) We are currently accepting applications for our upcoming Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Certification Class starting April 13th, 2026.
The Location: All training takes place at our Norwich, CT Corporate Office.
The Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 12:30 PM for two intensive weeks.
Earn While You Learn: You receive compensation during the program. We invest in your skills from Day 1.
Placement: Upon successful completion and orientation, you will be eligible to begin your career as a Certified PCA with our clients!

YOUR ROLE AS A GOLD STANDARD PCA Once certified, you will transform lives by:
Assisting with daily living activities, personal hygiene, and dressing.
Supporting mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises.
Monitoring nutritional intake and providing vital medication reminders.
Acting as a professional advocate for families, providing peace of mind and extraordinary care.
QUALIFICATIONS We hire for character and train for skill. To qualify for the April 13th class, you must have:
Mobility: A valid Driver’s License, a reliable vehicle, and auto insurance (with your name listed on the policy).
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Availability: A commitment to the training schedule and the ability to work weekends once matched with a client.
Professionalism: Excellent interpersonal skills and a "ready to work" mindset.
