Key areas of ownership include:

• Interpret construction bid drawings, specifications, and project scopes
• Design control systems using DDC controllers, PLCs, and related hardware
• Ensure systems meet performance requirements, project timelines, and budget parameters
• Develop and assemble detailed design documentation
• Partner closely with Project Managers to align on scope, RFIs, timelines, and deliverables
• Maintain organized project records to support smooth execution
• Stay current with industry standards and trends through organizations such as ASHRAE and GSX
• Visit job sites as needed to validate design effectiveness and gather practical insight
