Your Role: Preschool Teacher
As a Preschool Teacher, you are expected to approach your work with professionalism, intentionality, and a commitment to growth. You will work alongside a supportive team to provide developmentally appropriate, play-based experiences that help each child grow socially, emotionally, and cognitively.

What You’ll Do:
Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum (with paid weekly planning time)
Build trusting, responsive relationships with preschoolers
Foster a classroom community rooted in kindness, curiosity, and cooperation
Observe and document children’s learning to guide instruction and share progress
Communicate with families regularly to build strong, respectful partnerships
Maintain a safe, organized, and joyful classroom environment
What You Bring:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required or actively in progress)
Experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood setting
A professional presence, strong work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
Familiarity with emergent or play-based curriculum approaches preferred
Clear communication skills and a commitment to reflective practice
