Key Responsibilities:

Generate auto and home insurance quotes using our agency systems

Provide excellent customer service and support to clients

Assist with processing and maintaining client records

Requirements:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to follow processes and take training seriously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

College degree in business is helpful but not required

Sales experience is a plus, though not required
