Job Description
We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with receptionist duties to work onsite at our CPA firm located in Woodland Hills. We are a public accounting firm with experience in providing accounting and tax preparation services.
RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail oriented and demonstrate time management skills
Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and must be a team player
Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
