    Job Description

    We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with receptionist duties to work onsite at our CPA firm located in Woodland Hills. We are a public accounting firm with experience in providing accounting and tax preparation services.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Act as office receptionist, managing front desk activity for employees and visitors
    • Answer phone calls and transfer to appropriate staff members, take messages, answer client questions/concerns
    • Responsible for keeping an organized calendar of appointments
    • Maintain mail area for office supplies and materials
    • Filing, scanning, and copying, plus miscellaneous duties as assigned

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant

    • Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel)

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Must be detail oriented and demonstrate time management skills

    • Quick learner with the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and must be a team player

    • Hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
